According to an OECD study, over 60% by students between the ages of 15 and 18 have no clear idea what career they want, and more than half university graduates say they would choose a different major if they could turn back time.
At the same time, students who participate in career guidance before the age of 16, have with 20% higher probability to choose a career path that fits their profile and be more satisfied with their choice.
You don't have to be a „winner“ to start thinking about your future. You just need to start on time. It is enough to ask the question, „What would be interesting to try?“ and to have someone by your side to show you possibilities.
Discovering your calling is not a moment, but a process - and every teenager can start today. You don't have to make a final choice - just a direction.
